dc.description.abstractThis Plan Text Amendment proposes to amend the Sign regulations, Sign Design Objectives and Nonconforming Sign provisions of the Tualatin Development Code (TDC) Sections TDC 20.030; 31.060 Definitions; 35.200 and Sign Code 38.110/220. The proposed amendment will remove "freeway oriented activity area" signs as a permitted sign in commercial planning districts and revise the definition and provisions for nonconforming signs.en_US
