dc.description.abstractThe City of Lebanon, in conjunction with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), initiated a study of the City's transportation system in 1999. These efforts have resulted in development of a Transportation System Plan (TSP) and associated implementing policies and ordinances that comply with the Transportation Planning Rule (TPR). Adoption of the TSP is consistent with the recent comprehensive plan update process. The City of Lebanon TSP identifies planned transportation facilities and services needed to support planned land uses as identified in the Lebanon Comprehensive Plan in a manner consistent with the TPR (Oregon Administrative Rule [OAR] 660-012) and the Oregon Transportation Plan (OTP).en_US
