Comprehensive plan zoning map amendment: Two sites will be downzoned from KA1 to OPR.; the resulting density will b e transferred to a receiving site (2 units) and the reamining 3 units will be banked in the Density Table. Text Amendment: The table included in the Clatsop County Standards Document in S3.162 will be amended to include tbe transferred density.en_US
