dc.description.abstractIn order to increase Portlanders' access to healthy, affordable food, these proposals add definitions and clarify regulations for: 1) market gardens; 2) community gardens; 3) farmers markets; and 4) food membership distibution sites (food buying clubs and CSA drop-off/pick-ups) The amendments allow market gardens throughout the city (wnn size limits in R zones) and provide more certainty for food distribution activities such as farmers markets, CSAs, and food buying clubs.en_US
