Abstract
Amended the Riparian Development section of the Cottage Grove Development Code (14.3.7.300) to comply with Statewide Planning Goal 5 requirements for Riparian safe harbor (OAR 660-015), which requires protection for all fish-bearing streams (including Bennett Creek, previously unidentified) and wetlands identified on acknowledge Local Westland Inventories (code previously refers to National Wetlands Inventory).
