dc.description.abstractOrdinance No. 685 amended Section 430 of the Washington County Community Development Code to increase the maximum floor area allowed for detached residential accessory structures on lots larger than 24,000 square feet inside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). Ordinance No. 685 did not change current height limits or setback standards for detached residential accessory structures. Accessory dwelling units are not included in the maximum floor area cap.en_US
