Abstract

Announces, based on the original EA, a plant survey result, and an amended biological assessment, implementation of the remaining portion of the modified Alternative 3 within the range of the northern spotted owl. Includes understory thinning of 810 acres, creating early seral lodgepole stands using either commercial harvest or prescribed fire, and harvesting a total value of 2.5 million board feet.
