dc.description.abstractAmend the Newberg Development Code to allow more flexible use of electronic signs. The current code limits animated signs to 10 square feet. The proposed changes would allow larger animated signs, depending on the location, zone, and mode of operation. Animated signs would continue to be banned in the downtown area.en_US
