Abstract
Proposes to meet demand for livestock forage in allotments and improve stream shade and bank stability by improving resource conditions and livestock distribution. Includes reauthorizing livestock grazing and issuing term grazing permits, with the length of grazing depending on meeting utilization standards or thresholds for pastures moves. Existing water developments would continue to be maintained, and new ones implemented, including constructing a pond or installing a spring box, pipes, troughs, and fences.
