dc.description.abstract | This paper investigates the avenues accessible to U.S. policymakers seeking to take advantage of China’s recent economic prosperity in their efforts to assist the recovery of the U.S. economy from the 2007 Global Economic Crisis. More specifically, this paper assesses the present state of U.S.-China trade and investment relations, identifying obstacles and possible remedial measures. Additionally, this paper looks at the potential for investment-based or fee-based immigration policies as a source of economic stimulus for the United States. | en_US |
