dc.description.abstractProposes in response to a request from representatives of the Foundation for North American Wild Sheep (FNAWS), BLM will install certain fence and water development projects to protect California bighorn sheep habitat quality within the Leslie Gulch Area of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC) and Honeycombs Wilderness Study Area (WSA) OR-3-77A. Bighorn sheep water quality improvement and protection of Leslie Gulch ACEC values impacted by wild horses constitute the principle issues needing resolution.en
