| dc.description.abstract | A. revised and updated Economic Opportunities Analysis for the City of Newberg. Revisions and updates include the following: population, demographic, economic and employment statistics, an economic trends analysis section that looks at national, state and regional trends, regional economic development industry clusters and target industries, Yamhill County agribusiness, and regional land availability; a new section that covers an assessment of our community economic development potential; a more robust discussion of Newberg's economic development strategy, and updated buildable land inventories and the addition of maps that illustrate the available industrial and commercial buildable land by area. The updates include amendments to the Comprehensive Plan so that the data is coordinated with the EOA (population and land supply and need information). Five new policies were added to Section H (The Ec onomy) in the Comprehensive Plan. | en_US |
