dc.description.abstractThe approval is to allow the expansion of Rivcrbend Landfill to the southwest of the existing landfill. The application affects approximately 211 acres hut the overall increase is 55 acres of land that is zoned for the landfill expansion (PWS Public Works, Safely). The approval includes rezoning approximately 73 acres of the existing PWS zoning to EF-80 Exclusive Farm. Approximately 103 acres is rezoned from EF-80 to PWS. Approximately 25 acres is rezoned from RC Recreation Commercial to PWS.en_US
