dc.description.abstractAnnexation of 19.68 acres into the City of Newberg with concurrcnt /.one change from Yamhill County AF-10 (Agriculture/Forestry Small Holding) and HI (Heavy Industrial) to City M-2 (Light Industrial), M-3 (Heavy Industrial), with an Interim Industrial Use overlay for the portion of the site within the Newberg-Dundee bypass route. The City zoning districts correspond to the Industrial comprehensive plan designation for the site. Most of the site will be M-3, The M-2 zone will serve as a buffer zone to the residential properties east of the site.en_US
