Abstract

The Comprehensive Plan is the public's conclusions about the development, conservation and preservation of the County. Comprehensive means all-inclusive in terms of natural and man caused activities. The term plan means the group of decisions made before changes are made in the area. The Comprehensive Plan shows how the County can best use what resources it has, to be the kind of place it would like to be in the future. [From the Plan]
