Abstract
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing has transitioned from a dimension of fervent hype to one under intense scrutiny. This Article examines the shifting landscape of ESG investment, tracing its trajectory from being a self-proclaimed beacon of socially responsible capitalism to becoming a subject of contentious legal proceedings.
