dc.description.abstractThe applicant is requesting approval of a Development Code Amendment to change the procedures and approval criteria for Planned Developments (Chapter 18.350) and add Definitions in Chapter 18.120. The proposed changes to Chapter 18.350 include a new purpose statement, and a new approval process and approval criteria. Related definitions of "density bonus", "landscaping", and open space facility" would be added to the Definitions Chapter (18.120).en_US
