Abstract
To consider a text amendment to Section 6.3.8 of the Land Development Ordinance (LDO), that corrects an omission in the Destination Resorts Ordinance 2007-7 passed in July 2007. The LDO Private Road standards (Section 9.5.3) limit private road access to no more than 12 lots. An exemption to this standard for Destination Resorts is proposed. The application is identified as File No. LRP2005-00010A.
