dc.description.abstractOrdinance 12-03 permits the Buena Vista Cemetery parcel to expand ; 1 ^ize through a property line adjustment. It also permits approximately 5 16 acres of the parcel to change from Agriculture to Public on the Comprehensive Plan Map and from Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) to Public and Private Cemeteries (PC) and Limited Use Overlay (LU) on the Zoning Map The LTJ zone restricts the use of the 5.16 acres to cemetery use. Ordinance Number 12-03 also amends the text of the Comprehensive Plar n order to adopt a "Reasons" exception to Statewide Planning Goal 3,en_US
