Abstract

Proposes to complete stream enhancement projects in the Upper Middle Fork Willamette River and Hills Creek Reservoir Watersheds to benefit bull trout and Spring Chinook salmon. Includes placing large wood into the Middle Fork Willamette River and several tributaries, and adding a fish passage structure for bull trout at Indigo Springs without damage to spotted owl habitat and water quality.
