dc.description.abstractAn application was submitted to Shennan County to rezone 19.05 acres of Commercial ground to Industrial to allow for an aggregate mining operation. The Planning Commission reviewed the proposal and after careful consideration and advice from staff recommended approval to the Sherman County court for an Industrial rezone. The Sherman County Court moved unanimously at an advertised public hearing to appprove the proposed amendment.en_US
