dc.description.abstractThe proposed amendment will revise the approval criteria for expansion of the City of Seaside acknowledged Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) for certain uses. It identifies specific characteristics that are necessary for lands that will be considered to accommodate hospitals and public schools. The City will only consider lands that meet certain characteristics such as: adjacency to the city limits, size, topography, access, soil & geologic stability, elevation above tsunami inundation, and utility service capability.en_US
