dc.description.abstract(limit of 500 characters): Removes properties from the Rural/Natural Resource Plan that were added to the regional UGB by Metro in 2005. The Future Development 20 Acre (FD-20) designation is applied to the properties through amendments to Policy 41 of the Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area and East Hillsboro Community Plan. Text amendments are made to the Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area to clarify the requirements of the Title 11 planning process and to describe three new areas of special concern.en_US
