The property is designated (PSP) Public/Semipublic and (CT) Tourist Commercial by the Douglas County Comprehensive Plan, is zoned (PR) Public Reserve and (CT) Tourist Commercial, and is subject to the Riparian Vegetation and 100 Year Floodplain Overlays.en_US
