dc.description.abstractAmend the Development Code to eliminate the requirement to obtain property line adjustment approval from the City to create separate tax accounts for contiguous legal lots of record under the same ownership and identified by a single tax account. Also clarify that property line adjustments may alter nonconforming parcels if the degree of nonconformity is not increased and eliminate the requirement that property line adjustments must comply with partition review criteria.en_US
