Land to the west/south is designated industrial, and Mixed Use to the east/southeast. The Lowe's Distribution Center is directly to the west/northwest. The proposed change in the Comp Plan Map designation would allow a transitional buffer between industrial development and the Residential and Mixed-Use development north and east.en_US
