dc.description.abstract | Proposes to implement an array of restoration projects that would include: replacement of culverts that are barriers to fish passage and/or at risk of near-term failure; decommissioning of roads surplus to management needs on BLM-administered lands; improvements to roads identified as chronic sources of sediment that cannot be decommissioned because of reciprocal rights-of-way agreements or a long-term need for management access; stabilization and revegetation of slides associated with roads; and in-stream placement of logs and boulders to provide structure and greater habitat complexity. | en |
