dc.description.abstractthe adopted amendment. The Milwaukie City Council adopted the 2007 City of Milwaukie Transportation System Plan (TSP) as an ancillary document to the City's Comprehensive Plan. The 2007 TSP replaced the 1997 TSP. An introduction to and summary of the 2007 TSP replaced the existing text in the Transportation Element of Chapter 5 of the Comprehensive Plan. The 2007 TSP contains the City's long-term transportation goals and policies for pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, transit users, and freight carriers. It provides for the coordination of transportation improvements at the local level and the integration of the local transportation system with the regional transportation system. It also identifies the issues, policies, and projects that are important to the community.en_US
