dc.description.abstract(limit of 500 characters): Ordinance No. 695 amends the Community Development Code (CDC) to ensure that certain roadway improvements will occur between a proposed development site and the nearest collector or arterial roadway that is likely to attract the highest traffic volumes. The ordinance also amends CDC Section 501-8.2 to require street lighting to be provided in conjunction with new half-streets that are required as conditions of approval for new development.en_US
