Abstract
As required by Metro Title 11: Planning for New Urban Areas of the Urban Growth Management Functional Plan, the Beavercreek Road Concept Plan is intended to lav a foundation for urbanization of the area brought into the City's Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). The Beavercreek Road Concept Plan addresses urban services, residential density and design, housing, commercial and employment uses, transportation, natural resources and public facilities.
