dc.description.abstractThrough a comparative study with the clean energy transition implemented under the Biden Administration and renewable energy-related lawsuits in the United States, this Article demonstrates the necessity of the early full-scale implementation of a fossil fuel levy and emissions trading scheme, which form the core of the above mentioned carbon pricing approach, to realize a decarbonized society by 2050.
