Rezone a 6.25 acre single family housing subdivision zoned R-4 Multi-Family Mobile Home to R-l Single Family Dwellings. This subdivision was built with infrastructure for single family dwellings and the R-4 Multifamily Mobile Home zoning code was amended at the time of approval to include R-l Single Family dwellings. By amending the Zone, Turning Leaf Subdivision/Stone Ridge Development, which was approved for single family dwellings, will continue to be developed as intended with infrastructure to support S-l Single Family Dwellings and not R-4 Multi Family Mobile Homes.
