Abstract

The Comprehensive Plan submitted for FY 2010-2011 for Lane County includes the following narrative sections: an assessment which provides demographic and public health indicators for Lane County; a description of the delivery of local public health services; an action plan for the delivery of core public health services; a description of unmet needs; and a checklist of compliance with the minimum standards.
