Abstract
This proposal is to apply the City's Station Communtiy - Multiple Use (SC-MU) Zone to 2 properties currently zoned Office Commercial (OC). The properties currently carry the City's Station Communty (SC)comprehensive plan designation and OC is not specified in the City's Comprehensive Plan as an implementing zone for this designation. Rezone of the properties to SC-MU will implement the SC plan designation and put the zoning into compliance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and Zoning District.
