The amendment would zone six properties that have been annexed into Monmouth since 1998. These properties are not currendv zoned. All proposed zoning is consistent with the existing Comprehensive Plan Map designations for these properties. The properties are listed in the attached table. An additional property, identified as Assessor Map 8525AD. Tax Lot 2300 would have the Comprehensive Plan Map designation changed from Public to Commercial. The property would be rezoned from Public Service College (PSC) to Main Street District (MSP). The property is approximately 0.78 acres in size.
