Abstract
Consideration of a proposed Class 'A' (major) legislative amendment of the Medford Land Development Code to revise sections in Articles I, II, III, IV and V relating to street standards to make them consistent with the street standards contained in the adopted Transportation System Plan. Amendments relating to flag lots and minimum access easements seek to codify current departmental policies and to make criteria and standards clear and objective. Also includes minor, housekeeping-type changes.
