Abstract:
The City adopted a plan map amendment (PMA) from Low Density Residential (RL; 1 to 6.4 DUs per ac) to Office Commercial (CO) for tax lot 2 I E 19C 700 of approximately 0.93 acres located in the portion of the City within Clackamas County. (Tualatin has an integrated comprehensive plan and development code; a "planning district" functions as both a designation of future land use and a zoning district.) Adoption via Ord. No. 1288-
