Amend Hospitality Recreation Zone (HR) Section 14.240 concerning Conditional Uses Permitted to add "medical offices" as an allowable conditional use. Currently the only HR Zone is located on the waterfront between 20th and 23rd Street from Commercial Street north to the Columbia River.
