Abstract:
The amendment changed the zoning from heavy commercial (C-2) to retail commercial (C-l). We are aware of the warning not to "see attached." Despite that, we direct you to the attached correspondence, which is necessary in this case, as it was approved as a stipulated judgment as a result of a petition for writ of mandamus, in which the City of Eagle Point was the defendant and the applicant/property owner was the relator.
