Abstract
To amend SRC Chapters 20, 120, 137 143, and 148 to reflect design review being a duty of the Salem Planning Commission and returning the Historic Landmarks Commission to its original name. SRC Chapter 120A to provide that appeals of Type II and III Historic Design Review decisions of the Historic Landmarks Commission issued pursuant to SRC 120A be heard by the Salem Hearings Officer and appeals of demolition permit decisions issued pursuant to SRC 120/ 3e heard by Salem CityC luncil.
