Abstract:
The subject parcels are presently annexing into the City of Beaverton. This proposal is to apply the City's Corridor and Neighborhood Residential -Standard Density Plan Map designations and the City's General Commercial (GC), Community Service (CS), and R7 Zones to 6 properties previously zoned CBD, GC, and R5 in unincorporated Washington County. The proposal is non-discretionary via citycounty Urban Planning Area Agreement.
