Moore, request for an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan and Reasons Exception to expand the Melrose Rural Community Boundary to include an 8.65 acre parcel. with a Plan map designation amendment from (RC5) Committed Residential - 5 Acre to (RR2) Rural Residential - 2 Acre and a zone change from (5R) Rural Residential - 5 Acre to (RR) Rural Residential - 2 Acre.
