Washington County Notice of Adopted Amendment (2006-06-22)

Abstract

Ordinance No. 660 amends the Community Development Code section 430-37,2 to remove the inflation standards for Primary dwelling units that must meet the gross annual income standards outlined in ORS 215.203. The income Standards listed in the ORS section do not require an inflation index. This ordinance removes the inflation index currently Used by Washington County in order to conform the county's process for approval Of farm dwellings to state law.
