Applicant requests this amendment to permit site/building modifications for compliance with ADA requirements (building code setbacks are a barrier to compliance). Site is located in a rural unincorporated community with OR Hwy 140 E frontage. Parking is in the rear. Upon rezone, the applicant proposed lot line vacation. |
