Rezone 5.35 acres from AN (Aquatic Natural) to MI (Marine Industrial) and change the associated comp. plan designation from Natural to Development; Rezone 2.51 acres from AD (Aquatic Development) to MI; and, rezone 46.4 acres from AC-2 (Aquatic Conservation-2) to AD and change the associated comp. plan designation from Conservation - Other Resources to Development. Add "cable, sewerline, waterline, and other pipeline" as a conditional use in the OPR (Open Space, Parks, and Recreation) zone.
