Abstract
The Watershed Condition Framework (WCF) asks Forest Service program managers and line officers to plan and implement
integrated watershed restoration. Collaborating to restore watersheds can help you, as a national forest or grassland staff member, achieve diverse benefits. In addition, engaging with partners inside and outside of the agency can help you address community priorities, build capacity, leverage resources, and increase accomplishments across the landscape. This quick guide provides strategies for collaborating at each of the steps in the WCF.
