Abstract
The White City Transportation System Plan (TSP) was initiated in 2000 by Jackson County, in partnership with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). The process was undertaken in anticipation of future incorporation of White City, and in conjunction with a parallel process for the County’s TSP. The White City TSP will guide the management and development of appropriate
transportation facilities within White City. It was developed to support White City’s vision for transportation services and facilities, while remaining consistent with state, county, and regional plans. [From the Plan]
