Abstract
The purpose of the Multnomah County Pedestrian Master Plan is to establish a framework for developing a safe and convenient urban and rural pedestrian system on Multnomah County roads. Benefits of the Plan will be improved pedestrian facilities, greater transit accessibility and an environment more conducive to pedestrians. [From the Plan]
