Abstract: Proposes to provide owner of private land with reasonable access to conduct livestock grazing on private land inholdings within Steens Mountain Wilderness. One day travel each direction to and from the Fish Creek Parcel would be authorized with flexibility provided for complete removal of livestock from public lands an additional two days.
Description: 43 pp. Maps, table. The purpose of the action is to provide the owner of private land located in Township 33 South, Range 32.75 East, portions of Sections 5, 6, and 8, with reasonable access across public land managed by the BLM. Captured July 1, 2008.
