Categorically excludes action providing future deer forage and wildlife habitat and reestablishing the shrub community by planting 10,000 bitterbrush seedlings with protective tubes in units where western juniper was removed. Includes approximately 190 acres of the 1042-acre unit, and the bitterbrush will be planted within the burned pile areas of the western juniper.
